Boy…if I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that in the last week I’d have at least twenty bucks or so… It’s definitely a question many people are asking me – and I basically tell them all the same 2 reasons:
#1 – My Home Inspection Clients Deserve It
I want to show my home inspection clients a way to save some money paying for something they already pay for.
Pretty cut and dry there.
I mean…everyone pays for electricity – and the local rates are high and going higher. Pennsylvania de-regulated electricity and now there is a way to get a cheaper fixed rate and pay less. I want them to know this and see how easy it is to get moving on it. These people in-trusted me to look over their homes on one of the biggest purchases they will ever make – they surely know I won’t lead them wrong in any other aspect of my home inspection business. I take my client interaction and customer satisfaction in all my businesses very seriously. If you didn’t know this about me already – you don’t know me very well. When chicken breasts go on sale at the local grocery store – people will drive all across town to get a better deal without blinking an eye….what’s the difference with electricity? Nothing – Finding a better rate saves you money and saving money is a good thing PERIOD.
#2 – I Want More for Less….
I want more money for less work.

It’s rather been my life motto and those that know me…know I wear it well. I want to RETIRE or better yet I want to build a retirement style income that I can use sooner rather than later. All my pieces are falling perfectly into plan.
Don’t get me wrong….my businesses do great around here – all of them. In my opinion it’s because I believe in myself more than most do and I never say “i can’t”. My problem is…I live and breathe them 24/7 – 365 days a year. Friends – that will get old to me one day and when that day comes…I would like to have other sources of income to rely on.
The Stream business model is perfect and so simple for anyone to get started building a business and making money from home – repeatedly and residually for life and that my friend’s is the ultimate way to go. Even in my conversations over the last week with some of my closest friends… I keep hearing them saying “I can’t” or “it’s not for me”…. friend…it is for you – working from home is for you.
